Development Timeline

Early versions of the plants used in Ancient Oil have been around for centuries.  References to plants being used for healing purposes have been found as early as 1600 B.C. and on cave drawings from times past.  In America, Indians used their own versions for a variety of ailments.  

The development of Ancient Oil was completed over decades of research, trial and error, field and laboratory tests, years before the product was put into production. 

Research (1978 - 1990 )
We completed extensive research by reading accounts and listening to people subject knowledge.

Test Herbal Plantings (1990 - 1995)  
We conducted test plantings in several places throughout the United States.  The goal was to be able to produce key ingredients at the right toxicity level.

Field Trials (1995- 1997)
From 1995 to 1997, a series of Ancient Oil samples were created and distributed to trial users to obtain feedback.  These field trials provided extensive data on how users actually used the product.

Lab Testing (1998 and 2002)
Ancient Oil was sent to an independent laboratory in order  to complete extensive toxicity, product properties, and consistency testing.  This gave us the ability to verify potency levels and to make sure our formula and manufacturing methods were consistent.

Production (1997 to present)
Due to the success of Ancient Oil's field trials, Ancient Oil  moved from testing to production.  To date, over 6,000 bottles have been sold throughout the United States.  These sales have been completed by satisfied customers who have told others of our product.

The Future
We are committed to the continual improvement of Ancient Oil.  We are expanding production capacity to meet ever increasing demand.  We are also learning more about how others are using our product.  We continue to experiment with Ancient Oil’s formula to increase potency.
